Initially mistaken for gravity manipulation due to the rapid movement of objects and dust, the true nature of the Stand was revealed as time acceleration. Enrico Pucci stood calm amidst the chaos, his eyes fixed on a horizon that was already gone.

Made in Heaven functions by drastically increasing the speed at which time flows across the entire planet. Enrico Pucci remains unaffected initially, allowing him to perceive and act while the environment moves rapidly around him. This acceleration causes rapid wear on objects and biological processes, effectively aging them instantly if exposed long enough. The ultimate goal is not merely destruction but a loop; once time accelerates fast enough, it resets to zero like an hourglass turning over. To wield this power, Pucci first required the Stand Whitesnake to extract the Disk of Jonathan Joestar and DIO's DNA. This genetic fusion allowed his own Stand to evolve into its final form during the climax of Part 6. While active, the ability is nearly unstoppable as it affects everything in existence simultaneously. However, physical attacks can still damage Pucci directly if he is struck before the reset completes. The cycle creates a new universe where everyone retains their memories from the previous timeline.
